As Chief Client Officer at sparks & honey, Davianne is responsible for managing c-suite relationships and driving organic growth among key clients while embedding equity and inclusion into the way organizational transformation is achieved.

Davianne has served as an AICP Awards judge, a speaker at the ADCOLOR Conference, and her work has been featured in Ad Age, Adweek, MediaPost, Campaign US, Digiday, WARC, and others. She is a Board Member for Family Promise, a nonprofit tackling family homelessness. She holds a B.A. in Communication and Consumer Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and M.A. in Media, Culture and Communication from NYU.
