Tarahgee Morris
By ADCOLOR October 19, 2022 |Tarahgee Morris, a Jersey City, NJ native and current resident of Miami, FL, is currently a content copywriter at GUT Miami. He works across consumer social platforms such as Popeyes, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, and Visible where he constructs creative ideas and socially driven campaigns to a myriad of audiences.
Tarahgee has used storytelling as a medium to not only share his personal experiences through poetic verse and long form writing, but to amplify the stories and perspectives of others through the lens of DEI+B. Storytelling has helped him organize and host a TEDx conference in Philadelphia in 2019, construct multiple creative workshop series for underrepresented Philadelphia high school youth, provide resources to BIPOC college students on industry advancement, and now working to advance the culture of GUT Miami through their COMMITTED DEI collective.
His goal is to always address the belonging in DEI+B, to bring people together in spaces where they usually aren’t seen. He is an alum of the MAIP 2020 class and the inaugural class of the One Club One School NY portfolio program. Tarahgee also had the privilege to assist teams on a number of award winning campaigns for Michelob Ultra and Popeyes. In his free time, he’s writing unfinished scripts, cooking to his favorite Meg Thee Stallion track, and thinking on his next Tiktok.
