    She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Advertising in May 2020 and May 2021 respectively. While finishing her master’s, she conducted and compiled secondary research that would inform the ADCOLOR State of the Workplace Study: Retention Outlook, a national multicultural retention project.

     

    Additionally, she created her own capstone during her Master’s where she conducted research that allowed her to produce a strategic DE&I model that can aid companies in their mission to create sustainable initiatives. She previously worked at TracyLocke as a Strategic Planner with a diverse client portfolio of brands including Pepsi, Diageo, Pizza Hut, & Godiva. She was also the ERG Co-Chair of DE&I at Omnicom Commerce Group where she assisted in leading their DE&I initiatives. Now she is a Senior Strategist at Saatchi & Saatchi where she delivers on strategic objectives for Toyota. She also freelances as a DE&I consultant where she helps clients create a DE&I framework for their business models.

     

    She is a member of Kappa Tau Alpha Honorary Society that recognizes outstanding academic achievement and contributions to the field of Journalism and Communication. Furthermore, she is a 2019 MAIP alumna and a 2020 MPMS alumna. She was also shortlisted for the Billy Davis Award presented by McCann Worldgroup at the MAIP Summit & Society of Excellence. As a strategic change agent, her insatiable curiosity drives her to find out the “why” and challenge the status quo in everything she creates.
