Rachelle Olden is a Sr. Product Marketing Manager and lead of Tech Equity Collective, an initiative started by Google to increase Black+ representation and genius in the tech industry. Rachelle served in the U.S. Peace Corps, then led social advocacy programs with the U.N. World Food Programme in Liberia and World Vision International in Latin America. Her work continued at the Clinton Foundation, Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. After earning an MBA at Duke University, Rachelle joined Microsoft to manage global industry partnerships and experiences. In 2021, Rachelle launched AfroCamp – a summer camp for young hearted Black adults.
