Fontaine Bland – AB
By ADCOLOR June 16, 2021 |Fontaine roots herself in authenticity, consistency, and generosity. As a Brand Manager at 72andSunny, plays a central role with clients and within the agency’s culture. At 72, Fontaine has led the development and execution of multiple projects for the National Football League (NFL), including their 2020 Inspire Change campaign, 2020 Voting campaign, Super Bowl 2021 Social Justice work, amongst others. She is a founding member of 72X, a grassroots initiative that champions diverse perspectives and celebrates intersectionality within the agency.
Previously, Fontaine was an Account Executive at Ogilvy, where she worked in the social change sector to bridge gaps between audiences, various government organizations, and private sector brands.
Her professional accomplishments include being named a Diversity Distinction Outstanding Young Professional by PRWeek in 2019, being awarded a member of the ADCOLOR Futures 2018 Class and becoming an ADCOLOR Futures Ambassador in 2019.
As a minority in this industry, it is Fontaine’s distinguished honor to stand for and with people of color, advocate for them, and pave the way for those who are preparing to follow in her footsteps. She is working daily to shift the narrative surrounding “diversity and inclusion” and refocus organizations on enhancing “authenticity and equity” for all.
