Born and raised in South Bend, Indiana Aubrei Hayes is entering her second year at Indiana University obtaining her Master’s of Public Affairs in Diversity Management Analysis, rated number one in the nation! While embodying academic success, Aubrei is also very engaged with the community emphasizing the importance of Body Positivity and self love through her website Thee Diversity Diva and YouTube channel Curve Logic! Aubrei aspires to create a meaningful impact as a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist by implementing positive educational experiences that are designed to promote systemic change and society’s view on intersectionality. Her passion is to create an inclusive and innovative workspace within the advertising industry that can then promote the inclusivity within campaign ads showing representation of all identities within today’s society.
