Christopher Boulton, PhD is an associate professor of communication at the University of Tampa. His research on race representation in advertising has appeared in the Howard Journal of Communications, tripleC: Communication, Capitalism & Critique, the International Journal of Communication, Advertising & Society Review, and the Routledge Companion to Advertising and Promotional Culture. His documentary films on sports, science, and dance have shown at festivals all over the world including Filmwinter in Germany, Revelation in Australia, On Art in Poland, Besides the Screen in Brazil, and the Sarasota, Santa Cruz, and Cinema on the Bayou film festivals in the United States.
