Hailing from the national’s capital, Phelicia Ball is a Marketing Strategist at Mightily, a brand-first advertising agency in Louisville, Kentucky. She earned her Bachelors in Writing at Syracuse University. She is responsible for implementing and managing digital campaigns for over 15 clients in her role. Phelicia’s leadership capabilities quickly led her from intern to full-time employee within the agency.

Phelicia brings a fresh ambitious perspective that can only be found in those gutsy enough to spend time in NYC interning in the fashion industry. She is a transformational leader and a byproduct of mentorship. This led her to her current role as VP of Diversity & Inclusion for The American Advertising Federation, Louisville 2020-2021. Phelicia hopes to impact communities of color through mentorship and scholarship by invigorating them to pull up a seat to the table that they might not have been invited to before.
