Passionate and hardworking, Chanel Nyre is a multidisciplinary designer who uses creative solutions to solve complex problems to improve the world around her. In 2017, she graduated from George Mason University Cum Laude with her BFA in Art and Visual Technology with a concentration in Graphic Design. Since graduating, she has been able to work independently and collaboratively across a diverse range of nonprofit and commercial organizations.

Currently, Chanel works as an in-house Graphic Designer for the marketing department at EAB, where she focuses on production and design for several different projects, all to make education smarter and communities stronger. In her time with the firm, she’s had a chance to serve in a leadership position for their Employee Resource Group for People of Color, as well as a mentor for the company’s summer internship initiative for young people of color.

Outside of work and volunteering, Chanel enjoys illustrating, running, and collaborating on spontaneous creative projects with friends. She maintains her inspiration by surrounding herself with other twenty-somethings that share her grind for working on things they love.
