Michelle Almeida is an integrated marketer fueled by curiosity, creativity, and tenacity. Her advertising career was kickstarted by the MAIP program and has led to world-class creative agencies and premium consumer brands.

Michelle is a champion of diversity and committed mentor. She is the current ADCOLOR Talent Manager, the 2018 Ms. ADCOLOR, and an ADCOLOR Advisory Board alumna. Michelle is also a member of the Kriola’s Professional Association Leadership Board and the Creative Reaction Lab Advisory Board.

She holds a B.A. in American Studies with a concentration in Latino/a Studies from Williams College. Her family is from the Cabo Verde Islands.
