He oversees community engagement, learning, change management, organizational design, talent acquisition and staffing.
Publicis Worldwide is where he first honed his skills in change management and cultural development. During his 14 years at Publicis NY, his career evolved beyond talent into agency operations. Mark’s entrée into the world of PR was in 2014 when he joined Edelman, leading talent and operations for the corporate & public affairs practice and DE&I for the NY office.
Mark’s work in DE&I also reaches beyond the agency. He is currently on the Board of Directors for ADCOLOR, serving as secretary and executive sponsor of the PRIDE community group, and is proud to be a founding member of the organization.
