Destanee Bonds currently serves as an assistant account executive at McCann New York. It is her ultimate goal to contribute to shaping an inclusive community in the advertising industry. Since graduating from the University of Missouri in 2017, she has assisted in the launch of the new brand platform for the HomeGoods home decor retailer. Bonds participates in the IPG Women’s Leadership Network, the Where Are the Boss Ladies Mentorship Program and serves as a 2018 MAIP coach as well. When she is not watching documentaries, reading novels or writing poetry, she devotes her time to being an active advocate for people of color to be their authentic selves and speak their truth.
