    Aaron is a blerd, social media enthusiast, and sneakerhead, but his most prominent title is “The T’Challa of Marketing”.

    Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he was first exposed to the marketing industry via the 4A’s MAIP program and eventually became a 2018 ADCOLOR FUTURE. As a Creative Strategist, Aaron has worked across several verticals, including retail, finance, gaming, and tech, fusing his expertise in cultural nuance and strategic execution to build impactful work that inspires the world. Beyond his 9-5 role at Wasserman, he uses his IRL and digital platforms to speak on ways to effectively execute as a Creative and Social Strategist, Personal Branding, and building organizations with inclusion as a priority.

    In 2022, Aaron founded Black Visionaries, a non-profit 501(c)(3) with the mission to democratize access to resources and community for Black professionals across industries. The organization curates virtual and in-person experiences for their community, including their annual event “The Black Visionaries Brunch.”

    Aaron’s love of community has translated into distinctive awards and honors such as MAIPer to Watch, the inaugural recipient of the 4A’s x McCann Worldgroup Billy Davis Award & Mr.ADCOLOR 2022, the AD Club Rockstar Award, and 14th and Market’s “Right Hand” Plug Award.
