She began her career in digital media more than 16 years ago, before pivoting to take on two new roles centering inclusion. As Vice President, Inclusion + Belonging at Weber Shandwick, Danielle drives innovative partnerships, develops bespoke programs, and leverages her expertise in social, digital and purpose-driven narratives to create real-world impact. She was a founding leader of LIGA, Weber Shandwick’s BRG centering Latinos, and served as founding Chair of equitABLE, the agency’s BRG centering employees living with disabilities and chronic illnesses. In 2023, she was named to PRovoke Media’s Innovator 25 list, Americas. Danielle was a 2014 ADCOLOR FUTURE, and is excited to return as a Leader in 2025.
