Tiana Tukes is an American businesswoman and humanitarian who made history as the first trans woman in venture capital. This year, she was named a 2024 Forbes 30 Under 30 venture capitalist in North America.Currently, Tiana consults leaders in tech, nonprofit, and venture capital sectors, and serves on Atlanta’s LGBTQ Affairs Advisory Board. Previously, she taught in the economics department at Spelman College, co-founded a nonprofit organization supporting LGBTQ+ investors, and held strategic roles at leading Silicon Valley firms.Tiana graduated magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from Morehouse College.
