As an executive at Ogilvy, she leads initiatives like the Modern Exchange and bespoke programs, embedding inclusion into practices for employees and clients. Known for leading through innovation, she has given the industry many of its “firsts”—including the first global leadership program for Black men. In her previous role, she launched global “Belonging” trainings for over 100,000 individuals and established a global supplier diversity council.
