In her day-to-day role with McCann New York, Kai Weidie is the agency’s Director of Diversity & Engagement, collaborating with leadership on creating and maintaining a culture of inclusive innovation. Prior to that, she co-led the American Advertising Federation’s Mosaic Center for Multiculturalism, partnering with agencies and brands across the industry on recruiting and retaining top diverse talent.

When she isn’t working, talking, and living D&I, Kai is swimming, watching the NBA with her husband and asking people for specifics on social plans. 🙂
