Soon Mee Kim is Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for the Omnicom Public Relations Group and Omnicom Brand Consulting Group, comprised of 27 global agency brands across communications, public affairs, and brand consulting. She is a catalyst for systemic equity, working with intention and urgency to drive systemic change. Recognized as a communications industry pacesetter, among her many accolades, Soon Mee is also a 2020 ADCOLOR Legend. Soon Mee currently serves on the national boards of ColorComm, The LAGRANT Foundation (TLF), and the Forum for Theological Exploration (FTE) and is a founding member of VOICES for AAPI.
