The 4A’s is excited to celebrate the seventh anniversary of The Face of Talent, the industry’s premier event to celebrate and engage top diverse talent, with you this August.
The Face of Talent was established in 2011 as a catalyst for agency leaders, and their clients, to demonstrate their commitment to two of the most important issues facing our industry—Talent & Diversity. The multi-day symposium, including the Diversity Leadership Luncheon, attracts over 750 advertising and marketing executives. This series of events is designed to celebrate and showcase over 200 talented diverse college seniors and graduates that comprise the 4A’s Multicultural Advertising Intern Program (MAIP) and 4A’s Foundation Scholars. The Face of Talent also serves as a community-building platform to inspire and retain more than 3,000 MAIP alumni and nearly 400 4A’s Foundation Scholars, who continue to advocate and champion diversity in advertising.
